Registration includes entry into all sessions, access to conference materials, Friday and Saturday breakfast, Friday lunch, and Friday reception
Membership dues and registration rates must be paid by the deadline to receive the discounted rate.
Full-Time Students
If you wish to register at the student rate, please email proof of full-time status to TAMconference@gmail.com or mail it to P.O. Box 2537, Galveston, Texas, 77553-2537.
Group Rate for Governmental Agencies and Non-Profits
A group discount is available to governmental agencies and non-profit organizations for any group of 4 or more employees or volunteers. The group rate is $275 for current 2025 TAM members and $295 for non-members. Please email a request for the group rate with a list of registrants to TAMconference@gmail.com. The agency or organization must make payment. TAM will provide an invoice or purchase order as needed.
Substitutions
Attendee substitutions are permitted upon written notice from the original registrant. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply to the substitute attendee.

Cancellations and Registration Refunds
Cancellations before March 1, 2025, will receive a full refund. The cancellation will be acknowledged upon receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days. After March 1, 2025, a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be made for requests received by March 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM—email requests for refunds to TAMconference@gmail.com. Due to catering guarantees, no refunds after March 21, 2025.
