Registration includes entry into all sessions and keynotes, access to conference materials, breakfast and lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and the Friday evening reception.

Membership dues and registration rates must be paid by the deadline to receive the discounted rate.
In order to implement our COVID-19 protocols and safety measures:
  • Registration will close Friday, February 18, 2022, at 11:59 pm.
  • TAM will not accept walk-ins or registrations received after February 18, 2022.
  • TAM will not be able to accommodate meals or seating for guests of registered attendees.
All registered attendees must agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full-Time Students

If you wish to register at the student rate, please send proof of full-time status by email to TAMconference@gmail.com or by mail to P.O. Box 2537, Galveston, Texas 77553-2537.

 

Group Rate for Governmental Agencies and Non-Profits

A group discount is available to governmental agencies and non-profit organizations for any group of 4 or more employees or volunteers. The group rate is $230 for current 2022 TAM members and $250 for non-members. Please submit a request for the group rate with a list of registrants to by email to TAMconference@gmail.com. The agency or organization must make payment. TAM will provide an invoice or purchase order as needed.

 

Substitutions

Attendee substitutions are permitted at any time upon written notice from the original registrant. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply to the substitute attendee.

Cancellations and Registration Refunds

A full refund will be made for cancellations for any reason if received through the TAM website or emailed to tamconference@gmail.com by February 1, 2022, at 11:59 PM. The cancellation will be acknowledged upon receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days.

 

Cancellation for Health Reasons

A full refund will be made for cancellations due to health-related issues, including exposure to the COVID-19 virus, if received through the TAM website or emailed to tamconference@gmail.com by February 24, 2022, at 11:59 PM. The cancellation will be acknowledged upon receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days.
