Conflict Rescue®, Ask a Mediator® and Forward Mediation®

Nancy is a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator best known for her ability to supportively and efficiently help parties keep their conversation moving forward towards a possible resolution. Nancy serves on the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association Board representing trainers, is an instructor for the PaCE program at UTSA, a SHRM and HRCI recertification provider and a volunteer mediator for the San Antonio Federal Executive Board, Central Texas and Bexar County DRCs.
